GUIDELINES

 

  • The official languages of the DEDS are French and English.
  • All presentations should be in English or in French.
  • The time provided for Oral Presentations is 15 min (10 min for the presentation and 5 min for discussion).
  • DEDS reserves the right to reject abstracts that are not written in English or in French, and do not meet basic standards of scientific quality.
  • The submission of an abstract is mandatory.

 

SUBMISSION

  • Please, write your Abstract in French or in English. We expect Abstracts not longer than 1 page A4.
  • For writing your Abstract, please use the following template foutayeni
  • The abstract body should be short (1 page A4), clear, concise, and written in English or in French with correct spelling and good sentence structure.
  • Mathematical symbols and equations must be typed in, and metric symbols should be used.
  • Abstracts should be carefully thoroughly checked, in particular with regard to the list of authors, before submission in order to avoid last-minute changes.

 

EASYCHAIR SYSTEM

All abstracts must be submitted by the deadline of May. 15, 2022 via EasyChair system:foutayeni

Online submission via EasyChair system enables you to create an account and save your abstract. If you already have a EasyChair account, you will be able to submit your abstract directly. Once you have saved your abstract, you can later edit or update it until you feel it is ready for submission.
