Abstract: Hepatitis B virus infection (HBV) is a major global health problem that can cause acute or chronic infection and puts people at high risk of death from cirrhosis and liver cancer. For instance, hepatitis B caused 887000 deaths in 2015, mostly from complications (including cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma) according to World Health Organization (WHO).
