Abstract: In recent years a great attention has been devoted to fractional and non-local operators of elliptic type, see, for instance [3], [4] and the references therein. The study of this kind of problems is motivated by its various applications for examples: physical phenomena like flames propagation and chemical reaction of liquids, probability, population dynamics etc, for more details we refer the readers to the papers [1], [5].
